Nowruz message from the Head of the Judiciary: We promise all those who intend to transform the country's economy and production through investment that they are in the fence of support

According to the Judiciary Media Center, Mohseni Ejei celebrated the arrival of 1404 AHS and Nowruz in a message.

O Transformer of hearts and sights, O Director of nights and days, O Transformer of situations and circumstances, Transform our circumstances to the best of circumstances!

In the name of the Almighty

This year, like the previous year, the season of Nowruz has become symmetrical with the spring of the Quran and spirituality; by clinging to the sacred spring of existence, Imam of the Time [Imam Mahdi] (may our souls be sacrificed for his sake), we enter the year 1404 AHS.

We begin the New Year in a situation that coincides with the days of the martyrdom of the great man of creation, the Commander of the Faithful [Imam Ali] (pbuh). Pens and tongues are incapable of describing the qualities and virtues of the Master of the Pious [Imam Ali] (pbuh); however, we take this coincidence as a good omen and cling to his majesty and decorate the beginning of the year with his blessed name.

We also have the nights of Qadr ahead of us. The night of Qadr, which is the heart of the holy month of Ramadan and is superior to a thousand months. We also consider this coincidence blessed and hope that on the night when the destinies of the servants are determined, the Most High will determine the best and most virtuous destinies for the Islamic Iranian nation.

In the past year, when events were sometimes bitter and painful; From the martyrdom of our dear President and servant, Shahid Raisi, to regional events and the martyrdom of the leader of the axis of resistance, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and his loyal companions, as well as the martyrdom of the Hamas movement's fighters, Mr. Haniyeh, Mr. Sinwar, Mr. Dhaif, and other fighters in the cause of Allah. The loss of all these great men and women was heartbreaking and painful; but the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the divine axis of resistance, despite this blow, continues on its path with authority, fearing no storm of events and evils of the evildoers of the world, headed by America and the Zionist regime.

The baring of teeth and claws these days by the savage American regime in support of the treacherous Zionists is also a familiar story of the fear and terror of the devils of the faith of the believers and fighters in the cause of Allah; the same believers and fighters who have grasped the rope of obedience and the strong fortress of Allah and have no fear of the enemies of God and humanity. Today, the brave Yemenis who have stood tall against the American and Zionist demons are a clear example of those who cling to the rope of obedience and the fortress of Allah; may Allah increase the success of these high mountains and solid rocks of resistance and awaken other rulers of Islamic and Arab countries from their sleep of neglect and join them in supporting the oppressed people of Gaza who are under the constant oppression of the Zionists. Everyone will see next week on International Quds Day that the desire of the Islamic nation and all freedom-seekers of the world is to wipe out the stain of filth and the cancerous tumor of Zionism from the geography of the region.

But leaving aside the regional issues, we have also had a turbulent year in the field of domestic issues; the livelihood of the people is still the main priority, which unfortunately is in difficulty and deprivation; We must diligently resolve this issue and all powers, hand in hand in the new year, will do everything possible to ensure that the pressure of livelihood does not weigh heavily on the people this year.

The judiciary, for its part, has entered the category of strengthening the country's economic strength, whether directly, where its responsibility requires it, or indirectly in terms of assisting the government, and in this way has tried to remove obstacles to attracting investment to some extent and create a sense of peace and tranquility in investors who are committed to the country's economic and productive advancement, that their capital is safe from harm and losses.

Accordingly, in the year 1404 AHS, which has been named "Investment for Production" by the Supreme Leader based on the country's major priorities, we are determined to implement our designed programs and measures in order to achieve this important goal in a leap-like manner and to engage in comprehensive cooperation and synergy with other powers in this regard.

But in the serious matter of confronting various manifestations of corruption, especially economic corruption, the judiciary, regardless of some noise, has pursued a scientific, specialized, non-discriminatory, comprehensive, and radical fight against corruption. In the new year, this confrontation will continue in a more comprehensive and intelligent manner, with more desirable explanatory appendices.

We promise to all those who intend to transform the country's economy and production with their capital and, as a result, improve the livelihood of the people that they are in the protective fence, and in return, we warn all elements who intend to abuse the conditions and commit corruption that they will be dealt with firmly and severely in accordance with legal standards.

However, in the past year, the judiciary achieved successes in other areas of its responsibility; in the issue of restoring public rights and protecting and safeguarding national lands and natural resources, and confronting large-scale land grabbers; In the field of documenting people's lands and properties, especially in remote and deprived areas, as well as establishing ownership and issuing land ownership documents in various parts of the country, especially the demarcation of national and agricultural lands and natural resources; in preventing the violation of public rights and interests of the people; in the field of strengthening the psychological and physical security of citizens and confronting those who disturb these areas; in the field of respecting clients and facilitating and expediting people's judicial and legal affairs by making processes as intelligent as possible; in strengthening the resocialization of criminals and prisoners and addressing the families of prisoners, etc., some successes have been achieved; but we will not be satisfied with these successes and in 1404 AHS we will explore these areas and fields with greater strength and diligence.

We hope that under the care and attention of Imam of the Time [Imam Mahdi] (may our souls be sacrificed for his sake) in the year 1404 AHS, we will achieve greater success in fulfilling our duties and responsibilities in serving the people and the system.
