ایوب اچکزی، سرپرست ارشد پلیس پاکستان، گفت که افراد مسلح یک شاه‌راه بین‌استانی را مسدود کرده و اقدام به پیاده کردن مسافر‌ها کرده‌اند.
رویترز به نقل از وزارت کشور پاکستان گزارش داد که درپی این حمله تروریستی دستم ۲۳ نفر کشته شده‌اند.
مقام‌های بلوچستان پاکستان می‌گویند که افراد مسلح از تاریکی برای انجام حمله استفاده و مسافران را از اتوبوس پیاده کردند و پس از شناسایی به آن‌ها شلیک کردند.
