Russian TV: Bashar al-Assad is in Moscow
Russian Channel One, citing the Kremlin, announced that the Syrian president and members of his family are in Moscow.
Mizan -
It is reported that humanitarian asylum was granted to Assad and his family.
Assad’s government fell after armed groups, led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) entered the capital Damascus and took control of the city.
That happened less than two weeks after the groups launched an offensive from their stronghold in the western province of Idlib, advancing towards other areas of Syria.
Meanwhile, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson made remark about Reuter’s false report on Assad's death.
I wonder if Reuters, which reported the "most likely" death of (Bashar) Assad, will deny itself? Maria Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel.
This (Reuters) is exactly spreading fake news that the West claims to be fighting, she added.
