Lawsuit against an Israeli soldier in Thailand

According to Middle East Monitor, the Israeli media stated that HRF is behind the prosecution of Israeli soldiers who participated in the war on Gaza and accuses them of committing war crimes.

It uses the services of a Thai law firm specializing in war and international humanitarian laws to prosecute Israeli soldiers.

The HRF, named after a Palestinian child who was martyred in an Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip, filed a lawsuit against an Israeli soldier who was visiting Brazil at the end of last week, but he managed to escape.

The HRF was established in Brussels as an NGO last September. It collects information about Israeli soldiers from social media sites where they post photos and videos documenting their participation in the war, and others documenting their travels to foreign countries.

The Israeli document stated that the HRF provided the ICC with information documenting war crimes in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon committed by more than 1,000 Israeli occupation soldiers and officers.

The fund has filed 28 lawsuits against Israeli soldiers in eight countries so far, with Israel helping smuggle soldiers out of at least five countries.
