US police fatally shoot citizen in Pennsylvania

US media reported that a citizen in the state of Pennsylvania was killed by police. According to CBS, Montgomery police have shot and killed a citizen on suspicion of carrying a knife.

Two police officers have been placed on administrative leave in relation to the shooting, according to the Montgomery Police Department.

Two officers were sent to the scene, according to the police, after a woman saw the man holding a knife and reported that someone was carrying one.

The man allegedly attempted to approach the police officers, who then targeted him. The man's identity is still unknown, and it's unclear how many times the officers shot him.
